Our personalised photo jigsaw puzzles are made from premium quality Medite-wooden bases and have a laser cut surface.

These medite photo jigsaw puzzles are the finest quality jigsaws available on the interment. The wooden base is 4mm thick which makes it practically unbreakable and extremely durable. The pieces of the photo jigsaw puzzle are nice and chunky and thick - ideal for small hands.

There are two sizes of photo jigsaw puzzle available.

  • There is a 30 piece ( 10x7 inch ) jigsaw for £14.99
  • A larger 60 piece ( 10x14 inch )jigsaw is available for £19.99

Instructions for making Photo Jigsaw Puzzles - Staff use only

The heat press settings for photo jigsaw puzzles are 140 degrees for 6-8 seconds at low pressure

  • The jigsaw photo needs to be printed on CPM 6.1 paper
  • Ensure that the jigsaw photo is mirrored when printing
  • Place a teflon sheet on the heat press
  • Place the jigsaw puzzle and the photo on top of the Teflon sheet
  • Cover the jigsaw with another teflon sheet
  • Apply low pressure to the jigsaw puzzle for 8 seconds at 140 degrees
  • Allow the jigsaw puzzle to cool for 10 seconds
  • Carefully peel off the backing paper away from the jigsaw puzzle
