Photo Pillow Case Production- Staff Only
Heat press settings for pillow cases are 192, 12 seconds, max pressure
- TTC 3.1 paper is used for pillow cases
- Reverse the image when printing the pillow case photo onto the TTC paper
- A Teflon Sheet is first place on the heat press
- The pillow case is then positioned on the heat press
- To eliminate moisture and creases press the pillow without the image for 5 seconds
- Check the pillow is flat and has no creases in the image area
- The pillow needs to cool for one minute
- Put the image on top of the pillow case, making sure it is mirrored
- Make sure the image is positioned correctly
- Put a second teflon sheet over the pillow case
- Press the pillow case for 12 seconds
- Remove the second teflon sheet from the pillow case
- Peel the transfer straight away from the pillow case
- Place the pillow case back on the heat press and cover with a teflon sheet
- Heat press the pillow case for a further 6 seconds
- Let the pillow case cool down for two minutes and POST
