• For Bahamas Passports the size must be not more than 2½ inches by 2 inches or less than 2 inches by 1½ inches
• Bahamas passport and visa photos must be taken on a white or off white background
• You must not show your teeth in your photos
• Your hair must not obscure your eyes or face
• No headwear apart from religious head wear is allowed
• No excessive jewelry
• You must look straight into the camera and you head must not be tilted

Everyone needs a visa to visit the Bahamas except for the following

• Holders of EU passports may visit the Bahamas for up to 3 months
• Belgium, Greece, Italy, Luxemburg, Holland and UK nationals can stay for 8 months
• Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, San Marino, Switzerland, Turkey and the USA passport holders can stay for 8 months
• British Commonwealth countries can stay for 8 months
• British Commonwealth countries Cameroon, Ghana, India, Mozambique, Nigeria and Pakistan require a Bahamas visa
• Chile, Denmark, Israel, Japan, Korea, Namibia, Mexico, South Africa and Swedish passport holders can visit for 3 months
• Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Costa Rica, Ecuador, El Salvador, Honduras, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru and Venezuelan passport holders can visit for 14 days
