The photos must be sized at 3.5 x 4.5 cm
The background must be white and shadowless
There should be no shadows on the face in the passport photo
Photo booth photos are unacceptable for passport applications
The applicant should wear a dark top, a shirt or dress to provide contrast
Dresses should not be strapless or have spaghetti straps
No eyeglasses, no jewelry
Natural hair tied back, no braids or anticlerical hair
