If you cannot make it into our professional studios but want to take advantage of our quality visa and passport services you may order online. We accept orders from anywhere in the world and will post your photos to you with 24 hours of receiving your order. Ordering online is a two stage process. You first need to make a payment and then you need to send us a suitable photo. |

Payment can be made by credit or debit card, by phone or by using your Paypal account. The cost is £15 plus p/p. All currencies are accepted. We will send you a set of 4 photos which conform to the specifications and biometric standards of your country. |

Please include you payment reference number in your email to us. Our main passport page lists the countries for which we regularly produce passports. Here you can find a link to the specifications for your country.
Passport and Visa Photos :: Guidelines for taking your own photos
- Send us a half length photo of the subject (from the waist up)
- Leave plenty of space above the head
- Stand about two metres away from the subject
- Ensure the subject stands about one metre away from the background
- Select the highest quality setting on your camera
- All countries require a neutral expression with no teeth showing
- If you wear glasses our advice is to remove them
- Ensure you have selected the right background colour
- No red eye in your photos please
We will take a look at the photo you send us before going ahead and printing it. Digitally retouched photos are not allowed. However, we can improve contrast, brightness, saturation and colour balance etc in the printing process and will try to do as much as we can to get you photo to conform to the required passport and visa regulations.
If there are any problems with your photos we will contact you by email . Otherwise we will print out the photo to the meet the biometric passport requirements of your country.
Lighting is sometimes difficult as no shadows either on the face or background are allowed.
Our advice is to take the photo outdoors on a suitable background for your country. The best lighting possible occurs on days which are 'cloudy bright'. i.e. overcast but evenly lit bright conditions - this is absolutely perfect for taking passport photos.
