We are looking for an expereinced
mini lab operator with the following skills. .
Staff should be organised, motivated and enthusiastic.
If your experience ticks most of the above boxes please get
in touch. Let us know your strengths and also the areas
were you will need guidance or training. Please also
let us know what you currently doing and your present salary.
This is a good opportunity for someone to move up to the next
step. We will pay a basic salary plus a monthly bonus dependent
on performance and reaching target turnover

Event Photographers :: How
we work
Our Event photographers are normally
expected to have a good quality 35mm kit, professional flash equipment,
digital equipment and location studio flash. Event Photographers
should also have a back up procedure in case of equipment failure
or theft. It is essential that no matter what happens on the day,
the event photographer comes away with a quality set of event
photos.
Needless to say as professional event
photographers, a good level of technique should come as standard.
Exposure, focusing, lighting and composition should be second
nature to a good event photographer.
Event Photographers :: 120
Wedding Equipment
Some of our clients do request a
medium format 120 approach from our event photographers. We would
be interested from hearing from event photographers who have both
120 and 35mm/digital equipment. On these event we do often send
out two photographers, one providing 120 coverage and the other
photographer shooting reportage and journalistic shots.
Event Photographers :: Fees
Freelance fees for event photographers
range from £100 for an event lasting up to 4 hours to £200
for larger events (up to 8 hours ). Freelance Event Photographers
are asked to invoice us and we pay out at the end of the month
as soon as we know that our customer is happy with the service.

We ask prospective event photographers
to email or write to us in the first instance. Please include
details of your experience, the equipment that you currently use,
and any web based event photo portfolios that we can take a look
at.
If you are a working event photographer
with a web site please consider linking to us. Reciprocal linking
is a great way to promote your event web site with Google and
other search engines
We also have an affiliate scheme.
Fees are typically £50 per confirmed booking. If you are
